Déflorée History #1: Childhood, contrasts light and soft tones with darker and deeper ones, translating the tension between innocence and abuse. Déflorée History #2: Young Adult, conveys exploration and confusion through the fragmentation of the composition and the bright colors. Déflorée History #3: Reproduction, is inspired by abortions, miscarriage and maternity. Déflorée History #4: Maturity, starts from a central symmetry that evolves into improvisation. The overwhelming abundance of shapes, textures and colors translates the intensity and transformation that come with menopause and along with a new growing curiosity.
