Space Available

Space Available presents a series of prints extracted from video footage of a building’s entrance taken over one year. For this project, I became a manual surveillance system activated by a search for patterns and stories within what is most ordinary in human affairs, people coming in and out of a building, waiting, playing, etc…

The voyeuristic aspects renders both a sense of intimacy and distance. An under-lying current of mystery and tension draws the viewer into a terrain of tales and archetypes..
